This takes longer to dry and I suggest changing to a dry towel and flipping the sweater over so it dries quicker. It can be used to create many types of fabric, from framed knitting artwork to sweaters, afghan quilts, throws, blankets, mittens, or even bedroom slippers. Some yarns are dyed to be either variegated (changing color every few stitches in a random fashion) or self-striping (changing every few rows). As well, I like to be able to spread my work out and check my pattern for any mistakes and it is much easier to view when using these needles.
Pull the yarn down, and catch it with the right needle. In general, yarns become stronger with more twist (also called worst), longer fibers and thicker yarns (more fibers); for example, thinner yarns require more twist than do thicker yarns to resist breaking under tension.
You may also want to consider finding a local knitting group or meeting online others who share your hobby. It will just some time at the beginning, but you will learn and get experience.
